Viewing current jobs – Mckay

To view all tickets click on the arrow next to your name in the top right corner and select "My Activities"
This will bring up a list of all jobs submitted by yourself
To view all jobs submitted from KDC click "Organisation Requests"
To sort jobs by Open (in progress), Awaiting your reply (in progress, last message from Mckay) and Solved (completed), select an option from the "Status" box on the right
